Noseband hangers suspend the noseband behind the bridle cheek. They attach inside the Blinker/Cheek assembly with height adjustment via the cheek buckle. The noseband slides through the loops at the bottom of each strap.  This system allows the noseband and cheeks to move independently of each other, thus enabling unrestricted movement of the bit.
