Fixed cheek bit with arched mouthpiece that encourages a round frame, while the swinging purchase tulip cheeks change the poll pressure. The addition of a soft rubber covering encourages extra contact.  Designed by Boyd Exell.  Fixed cheeks are ideal for using with a coupling rein of a pair, but can also be used with a single horse.
